ABH 3 Matt Booth is home from a deployment in the Persian Gulf. He is a flight deck supervisor on the USS Okinawa PLH-3, amphibious assault ship.
His ship was involved with diversionary missions and also the taking of four islands off Kuwait. They also transported Iraqi prisoners of war.
He will be returning to his ship which is homeported in San Diego, California to complete his enlistment.
He is the son of Karen Norgard and William Booth.
