Frank had been a resident of Nashwauk and vicinity for the past 47 years.
He was retired from Butler Brothers and Hanna Mining Company.
Frank was a member of the Presbyterian Church. He was a life member of the Walter Riley Post 307 of the American Legion of Nashwauk, Minnesota. He also was a member of the Engineer Club of Northern Minnesota and served as mayor of Cooley, Minnesota.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret; one daughter, Mrs. Sam (Virginia) Pecchia; two brothers, Neil and Glen Hallack; a sister, Blanche; and two granddaughters.
Frank died at Hibbing General Hospital in Hibbing, Minnesota and is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery at Hibbing, Minnesota. (Plot 1-94-6e1/2)
