Lyle was a fisherman and hunter his whole life and often spent time teaching nieces, nephews and sons and daughters of cousins to fish and hunt. Lyle enjoyed baking his peanut butter cookies or his special apple cake to share with family and friends.
Lyle was preceded in death by his wife, Glenna; his parents; brothers Orville (Wertz), Leroy and Larry; and a sister, Rowena.
He is survived by his brother, Lloyd; Glenna's children, Sam, John, and Glenda; and by several nieces and nephews.
